**Crushing and Drying Principle** 1. Raw materials cut to an appropriate size (5-10mm) are supplied to the middle section of the machine along with hot air by a metering feeder. 2. Relatively larger particles fall and are crushed by lift-up blades while being dried and carried upward by the airflow. Since the peripheral speed of the lift-up blades is low, coarse crushing and preliminary drying occur here. 3. Once the particles become small enough to be lifted by the airflow, they reach the coarse crushing blades, where drying and crushing proceed rapidly and simultaneously. 4. The particles that have become smaller and drier are finally crushed by the fine crushing blades while drying continues, resulting in fine particles of less than 100μm. Founded in 2010 as a technology consulting company, we began consulting for several companies and entered the vegetable powder business in collaboration with Kyushu Veggie Powder Co., Ltd. in 2013. At Kyushu Veggie Powder, we produce our own products primarily using surplus vegetable raw materials from Kyushu and conduct contract production from nearby producers. Given the background of these businesses, we believe that a compact and versatile drying and grinding machine is essential for the effective utilization of unused food, and we developed our own drying and grinding machine (registered trademark: Turbo Dry). We started selling Turbo Dry in 2019, and it is currently operational in over ten locations. Additionally, when manufacturing vegetable powder, blanching (steaming) and pre-drying are essential, so we developed a multifunctional food processing device that combines both functions (registered trademark: Blanch Dry) and began sales in 2023. We aim to promote the two technologies, Turbo Dry and Blanch Dry, as key solutions for reducing food waste.
