In the case of blister packs, the product is sandwiched between the molded item and the backing paper, and is thermally fused to protect the product, enhance its appearance, increase its value, and allow it to be hung for display, making it advantageous for sale in limited spaces. The slide blister pack is not thermally fused between the molded item and the backing paper; instead, it refers to a method where both sides of the molded item are bent in a U-shape to insert the backing paper. The shell pack blister does not use backing paper; instead, it attaches a hinge to the molded item, allowing it to be folded and secured in a snap-fit manner, resulting in the best appearance of the product from both the front and back sides.

This is because the surface strength is enhanced during molding, which has the advantage of not putting a burden on the product and making it less likely to get scratched.
