■DART By simply holding various forms and states of samples without any pretreatment to the DART ion source, you can obtain precise mass spectra in real time. It is possible to analyze amorphous samples and dirty samples that cannot be handled by conventional analytical instruments as they are. ■LC-MS With the standard configuration of the electrospray ion source (ESI), it can also be operated as an LC-MS system. Additionally, by configuring an atmospheric pressure chemical ion source (APCI, optional), it supports a wider range of LC-MS applications. The automated system allows anyone to automatically obtain precise mass, and due to its high robustness and maintainability, it minimizes downtime, resulting in a highly productive system. ■ColdSpray By equipping the ColdSpray ion source (optional), it is possible to analyze samples that are extremely prone to thermal decomposition, such as self-organizing supramolecules, certain organometallic complexes, and short-chain double-stranded DNA. The ColdSpray ion source is a method developed by Professor Kentaro Yamaguchi of the Kagawa Pharmaceutical University, and is one of the outcomes of a project by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
