Near-Future Foundry "Startup Factory Miyagi"

This is an introduction to our near-future foundry that handles "foundry factories," "heat treatment factories," and "3D factories."

Introduction to our near-future foundry, "Startup Factory Miyagi." We have received certification from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for the fiscal year 2017 under the "Global Venture Ecosystem Collaboration Acceleration Project Subsidy (Startup Factory Construction Project)" and are constructing three factories consisting of a "metal 3D printer factory," a "foundry," and a "heat treatment factory." Our main equipment includes a "material analyzer," as well as a "continuous melting furnace" and a "hanger-type shot blast." 【Overview】 ■ Location: 105-1 Kanegase, Okawara Town, Shibata District, Miyagi Prefecture ■ Site area: Approximately 9,000 square meters ■ Foundry: 746m2 (continuous melting furnace, mold casting machine, robot finishing line) ■ Heat treatment: 746m2 (24-hour automatic continuous heat treatment furnace) ■ 3D Factory: 540m2 (3D large metal printer X LINE2000R) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
