Strongly support factory automation by reducing chocolate stops on the production line! A masterpiece of three-dimensional transport systems!
The "FCS-H300/V60" is a handling robot that effectively utilizes limited spaces in various factories and warehouses, significantly improving productivity. The chuck equipped on the cart can be fitted with mechanisms for changing the posture of workpieces and pickup mechanisms as needed. Additionally, since there is no need to change the grip on the workpieces during transport, attachment and detachment mechanisms and transfer devices are unnecessary, eliminating the occurrence of mistakes associated with grip changes, which contributes to cost reduction and increased production efficiency. 【Features】 ■ Reduces production line stoppages through forced transport ■ Decreases accumulation of workpieces through direct transport ■ Enables high-speed transport ■ Allows for significant space savings ■ No setup changes required *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The FCS Flexible Carrier System performs linear transport, planar transport (2D transport), and three-dimensional transport in a single drive unit. It travels along a track connected by guide rails in horizontal, vertical, and curved configurations via wires, and the carrier equipped with a chuck can be fitted with mechanisms for changing the posture of workpieces, pickup mechanisms, etc., as needed. Since there is no need to change the grip of workpieces during transport, the need for numerous workpiece loading and unloading mechanisms and transfer devices in conventional transport systems is eliminated, resulting in significant cost reductions. Additionally, the absence of errors associated with grip changes brings substantial advantages to production efficiency and other factors.
