Our company provides flexible and consistent services from the design, manufacturing, sales, installation, and adjustment of "FCS" and its surrounding automation equipment. The three-dimensional transport device "FCS" can be used for various applications such as inter-process transport in production line processing and assembly processes, as well as transporting finished products in cases. It performs linear transport, planar transport (2D transport), and three-dimensional transport in a single driving device. A compact carrier (transport cart) travels back and forth along guide rail tracks that are horizontal, vertical, or curved. Since it uses a wire to pull the carrier, it enables stable high-speed operation, has a long lifespan, and is easy to maintain. Chucking transport with workpieces fixed by air chucks equipped on the carrier is possible, and flexible additional designs can be made to accommodate various requirements such as workpiece posture conversion mechanisms, pickup mechanisms, and more as needed. Since it travels directly back and forth on a three-dimensional track, there is no need to change the grip of the workpieces along the way, which reduces the need for transfer devices and significantly lowers costs. This also leads to a substantial reduction in setup changes and spare parts. Furthermore, the elimination of errors associated with changing grips brings significant advantages to production efficiency and other aspects.
