New installation of a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil! A case study of removal of both moisture and contaminant particles.
We would like to introduce a case of improvement that we implemented. We are currently using phosphate ester oil as a flame-retardant oil in our continuous casting equipment. However, despite having a filtration system in place, we were experiencing frequent issues such as valve sticking. To address this, we installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system that removes both moisture and contaminating particles. We received feedback from our customers expressing their gratitude, stating, "We are thankful that there are no longer any issues with critical equipment."
