What is a precision filtration device that maximizes the performance of processing machines and tools by 100%?
Attention engineers who want to improve poor processing. The key to product processing is the management of "processing fluids"! 【*Free sample test available & technical materials giveaway】
To fully utilize the capabilities of high-performance machining equipment, it is essential to manage the cutting fluid correctly. We would like to introduce a precision filtration system for this purpose. The filter media is prepared according to the type of coolant and sludge. Our patented filtration flow achieves high-precision filtration. 【Do you have any of these concerns?】 1. The dirt inside the machining equipment is severe, the coolant has a strong odor, and maintenance frequency is high. 2. I want to improve machining accuracy and reduce defects. 3. I am unsure if the current circulation filtration is appropriate. To achieve high-precision machining of materials like quartz glass and ceramics, the "cutting fluid" is a crucial point! Please feel free to consult with us at Filtration Seiko. *We are currently offering a free technical document that explains "precision filtration systems and proper fluid management"! basic information
【Delivery Performance】 Over 40 companies and more than 90 units in precision machining sites. 【Features of Precision Filtration Equipment】 ■ Various filter materials prepared according to coolant and sludge types (5μm, 3μm, 1μm) ■ Efficiently filters across the entire filter surface by sending liquid from the bottom to the top against its own weight. ■ Reduces running costs by regularly performing automatic filter cleaning with air pressure waves and filtered liquid. ■ Maintains the coolant condition in the tank as close to the initial state as possible by precisely filtering more than the amount used in processing. *We also offer a "Fully Automatic High-Speed Centrifuge" that significantly reduces the removal of fine particle sludge and the labor for operators. <Introduction to Fully Automatic High-Speed Centrifuge> ■ Automatically separates and discharges sludge. ■ Reduces the burden on the waist and other areas by eliminating manual sludge scraping and cleaning. ■ Achieves high-efficiency separation with centrifugal force of up to 3,000G. ■ Proper bearing placement not only ensures quiet operation during high-speed rotation but also enhances durability. ■ Equipped with casters for easy movement between tanks. *For detailed specifications, please download the PDF.
