The "QV-8000V" is a CCD color camera-based inspection device that enables the detection of the head and screw shape of bolts, designed for the complete inspection of bolts with washers. It features a vertical indexing table and a unique bolt holding mechanism. The operation time of the sensors can be set via a touch panel. It is equipped with a good product counter, NG counter, box change counter, and NG counters for each inspection item.
