"Bioinformatics Data Analysis" utilizes algorithms from information science and statistics to analyze Fastq data provided by customers. Comparisons are made between different cell populations, such as target group vs. comparison group. Additionally, sequencing can be performed from libraries created upon order, and information analysis can also be conducted. We are open to meeting other customer requests. Depending on the volume and content, we may propose a collaborative research format instead of a contracted analysis.
