"Bioinformatics Data Analysis" utilizes algorithms from information science and statistics to analyze Fastq data provided by customers. Comparisons are made between different cell populations, such as target group vs. comparison group. Additionally, sequencing can be performed from libraries created upon order, and information analysis can also be conducted. We are open to meeting other customer requests. "Single-cell repertoire analysis" allows for the examination of TCR/BCR expression at the single-cell level by assigning different barcodes to the mRNA of individual T cells/B cells. In standard repertoire analysis, TCR/BCR expression is comprehensively analyzed across all cells, but this analysis can detect repertoire expression with high sensitivity for each cell, and it is also capable of detecting combinations of TCR/BCR dimer sequences. Additionally, single-cell 5' RNA-Seq can also be performed. "Visium spatial gene expression analysis" allows for gene expression analysis while maintaining the positional information of cells from tissue sections. Cells from a tissue placed within a 6.5mm x 6.5mm area can be analyzed for 5000 spots. An average of 1 to 10 cells can be captured per spot, and mRNA analysis can be conducted while maintaining positional information by assigning a unique barcode to each spot.
