Our company handles the visual inspection result mapping software "Tap Look." By reading the barcode attached to the product, the registered drawings are displayed on a tablet. By pressing the defect classification button and tapping on the displayed drawing, the registration of the defective location can be completed. Additionally, on the management screen side, it is possible to query where and what kind of defects have occurred on the drawing by process, inspection, and part number, and to aggregate the number of defects by location and grid.
