■Safety Features ●Overload Prevention Function When an overload is detected, the hoisting operation stops. The load judgment value can be set within the range of 100% to 125% of the rated load. *It is set not to stop at the time of shipment. *An optional alarm buzzer can also be installed. *It does not function during inching operation. ●Electronic Upper and Lower Limit Switch The encoder memorizes the movement distance of the hook and stops at the set position. Upper limit: Can be set below the lever type (emergency) limit switch for regular use. Lower limit: Helps prevent troubles caused by excessive lowering due to reverse winding or wire rope falling off. *It is set not to stop at the time of shipment. (Please adjust on-site.) ●Display of Start Count and Operating Time Usage conditions since purchase can be monitored. Additionally, a resettable operating time and start count counter has been provided. This helps predict the timing for replacing consumables and aids in preventive maintenance. ●Abnormal History Display When the hoist stops, checking the monitor section helps identify the cause of the failure. ●Reverse phase detection prevents lever LS protrusion. ●The current value monitoring function makes it easier to set the overload judgment value.
