■<The Background of Using Our Vibrator for "MITSUBA VISION AKIHABARA"> In fact, we did not initially consider using a vibrator. The company Indoor, which operates THE AKIHABARA CONTAiNER, applied to the building owner to install speakers outside the building to produce sound for "MITSUBA VISION AKIHABARA," but we found out that it was not allowed due to the building's regulations. Since sound was an essential element for "MITSUBA VISION AKIHABARA," we were left in the dark at that moment. We then searched for a way to produce sound at sufficient volume without installing speakers outside the building and remembered a device called a "vibrator," which produces sound using vibrations that we had heard about before. We thought that if we installed it in the showcase area, it might work.

As a result, we found that with glass, due to the material, there was a buzzing sound and it was difficult to produce loud sounds. In fact, during the experimental phase, other companies had better conditions in terms of sound volume and pricing. However, while those companies could produce louder sounds, they could not resolve the buzzing from the glass or the narrow sound range. On the other hand, your company provided a comprehensive proposal including the amplifier and exciter, and your engineers made various adjustments on-site to solve the challenging issues like the buzzing from the glass. The quality of both the product and the support became the deciding factors for our decision to implement.
