Ideal for bearing diagnosis at ultra-low speeds of 1 to 150 rpm! A portable low-speed rotating bearing diagnostic device.
The "MK-560 Series" is a diagnostic tool for low-speed rotating bearings that performs signal processing such as amplification, filtering, and envelope detection to quantify components that deviate from normal signals, thereby enabling diagnosis of acoustic emissions (AE) generated by low-speed rotating bearings. Using newly developed proprietary signal processing, it extracts and parameterizes AE signals during bearing abnormalities and outputs diagnostic results. It is suitable for bearing diagnostics at ultra-low speeds of 1 to 150 rpm. 【Features】 ■ Newly developed diagnostic logic ■ Easy operation ■ Measurement data can be managed and analyzed using spreadsheet software, etc. ■ Highly portable ■ Diagnostic functions specialized for escalator drive components (MK-560ES) *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
