Manufacturing Subsidy: Hybrid Cutting Fluid Automatic Supply Device
U.ENG manufactured HCS-100 type hybrid cutting fluid automatic replenishment system
We can assist you with the subsidy application for this product, which is the ultimate dream product for the parts processing industry and solves the long-standing issue of cutting fluid costs. Would you consider it?
The era of needing to purchase cutting oils is over. With just a minimal power consumption of 300W, a few consumables, and tap water, our device automatically generates cutting fluid that is "far lower in cost and has higher cutting performance" than the cutting oils currently being purchased. The supply to each machine's cutting fluid tank is "completely automatic," eliminating the need for any manual work by operators. Moreover, the groundbreaking feature of this device is its ability to automatically adjust the concentration management to "maintain the performance of the cutting fluid at levels equivalent to fresh fluid." [Patent pending] This cutting fluid is a "hybrid cutting fluid" that far exceeds the performance of commercially available water-soluble cutting fluids and also possesses the properties of oil-based cutting oils by adding a small amount of additive oil. It permanently eliminates "decay and odor" caused by bacteria and microorganisms in water-soluble cutting fluids, and the mist of cutting fluid that drifts in the factory is transformed into a mist that disinfects bacteria and microorganisms, turning the entire factory into an "odorless, healthy air" environment. By maintaining the "hybrid cutting fluid" with automatic correction to keep it fresh, there are no issues such as tool breakage, rust formation, or decreased cutting speed due to the degradation of the cutting fluid, allowing it to operate continuously in a state equivalent to fresh fluid. Therefore, the need for "refilling cutting fluid has completely disappeared, and the disposal of industrial waste has also been eliminated."

Applications/Examples of results
Number of machines: Approximately 10 to 30 units per machine. Interlocking with each machine's cutting tank is not required, and it will automatically replenish when the liquid level in the tank decreases. About 10 machine tanks will be grouped into one block, and each tank will be connected with a connecting pipe for liquid level management. The replenishment piping to each machine's cutting tank can be extended and connected sequentially.

For the metal processing industry, reducing processing costs, minimizing the occurrence of defective parts, and increasing machine operating rates are important challenges. In particular, the chips that accumulate at the bottom of water-soluble cutting fluid tanks are sucked up by pumps, causing pipe blockages, defective products, tool breakage, and decreased machine operating rates. Additionally, the lubricating oil, fine chips, and sludge that float on the surface of the tank can cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate due to bacterial decay and unpleasant odors, drastically reducing its lifespan and increasing processing costs. Our company has been addressing these issues for many years. Users want to collect not only the sludge that accumulates at the bottom of the tank but also the floating sludge. There are complaints about the dewatering of the sludge. Users are troubled by uneven dewatering on the top and bottom surfaces of the recovery basket. Cleaning the basket inside the main unit after sludge recovery is very inconvenient. The FD-1 type sludge cleaner is a product equipped with excellent functions that solve all of these problems, which are not found in conventional products. We highly recommend that you confirm its performance with a demonstration unit.
