We conducted an interview with Yamazaki Manufacturing Co., Ltd., who has introduced our automatic cutting fluid supply system "Raku-Rant." The company frequently experienced downtime due to the need to refill cutting fluid for their machining equipment. The process of diluting and refilling the cutting fluid took about 30 minutes each time, resulting in a waste of 450 minutes, or 7.5 hours, per day. After the introduction of the system, the cost of purchasing cutting oil has decreased by about 20%. In addition, they have combined various automation devices, such as a chip compactor, temperature management systems, and of course, robots for retrieving from lathes and stacker cranes for storing in shelves, to achieve "unmanned continuous processing."
