We would like to introduce a case study of the smartphone IP wireless system 'Buddycom' that we handle. Last year, Aeon Retail Co., Ltd. introduced approximately 20,000 smartphones in their stores, taking the first step towards the digitalization of their operations. However, due to a chronic shortage of staff in the stores, simply introducing smartphones made it difficult to provide adequate customer service. Therefore, they decided to implement our product with the aim of realizing "work style reform for employees." After the implementation, there was a reduction in tardiness and absenteeism during training and morning meetings, and staff could quickly call for assistance at the registers and packaging, which reduced the waiting time for customers.
