We would like to introduce a case study of the smartphone IP wireless system 'Buddycom' that we handle. Last year, Aeon Retail Co., Ltd. introduced approximately 20,000 smartphones in their stores, taking the first step towards the digitalization of their operations. However, due to a chronic shortage of staff in the stores, simply introducing smartphones made it difficult to provide adequate customer service. Therefore, they decided to implement our product with the aim of realizing "work style reform for employees."
