It allows for clean drilling without burrs. 【Example】 Major aluminum processing company N ▶ Before drill change... Used high-speed drill (coated) from major drill manufacturer O. During processing, a lot of burrs occurred on the inside of the pipe. Many processes were required for burr inspection and removal. Drill lifespan, number of processed holes: 3,000 holes (with burrs). ▶ After drill change... After switching to Zero Burr GK-HAZ (DLC coated), both external and internal burrs were suppressed, eliminating the need for burr inspection and removal.
