**Guidelines for Selecting a Filter Press** For typical inorganic wastewater, a general guideline is to choose a model with a filtration volume that is 1/20 of the amount of generated raw sludge. *Assuming the sludge has a concentration of 1% and is dewatered to a moisture content of 80%.* *Assuming one frame opening operation per day.* This is just a reference value, but for example, if 10㎥ of wastewater is produced, the raw sludge will be approximately 1㎥ (about 10% concentration). ⇒ 1000(L) ÷ 20 = 50(L) Please choose a model with a filtration volume of 50L. ⇒ KDA-50 type. In other words, the KDA-50 can process sludge from approximately 10㎥ of wastewater per day (with one frame opening operation per day).
