Our institute was established in April 1969 as the Automotive High-Speed Testing Ground Foundation, restructured to conduct comprehensive research related to automobiles. As a public interest testing and research institution, we have engaged in neutral and public activities, progressing alongside the development of Japan's automotive industry and advancements in automotive technology.
