The "High Heater" is a heater that generates hot air from its compact body, controllable from room temperature to 800℃. By selecting the heater output according to five different nozzle shapes and flow rates, it can generate hot air freely. This time, we combined it with the controller using nozzle shape "B" and had fun experimenting with it!

This is a compactly designed hot air heater that can freely control hot air from room temperature up to a maximum of 800°C. The biggest feature of this heater is its compactness. It allows for localized heating, eliminating the need for large equipment like hot air furnaces. Developed for compressor air, this heater makes air supply very simple compared to blowers and similar devices. It also comes with a thermocouple, allowing for the maintenance of a constant temperature with our temperature controller. Compared to conventional hot air heaters, it has a quick startup and is a highly efficient heater with excellent responsiveness.
