The reflector is coated with a special gold plating, resulting in high thermal efficiency and a compact design. By using halogen lamps as the heat source, it is capable of heating up to 1200°C. Since it utilizes the radiant heat emitted from the halogen lamp, it allows for non-contact and clean heating, making it possible to heat in a vacuum or inert gas environment, as well as through glass.
