**Service Features** ◇ By utilizing a two-layer truck, we can transport refrigerated and room temperature goods in the same vehicle, enabling direct delivery without intermediate transfers. ◇ During transportation, the cargo space is continuously temperature monitored. (Frozen: below -20°C, Refrigerated: 2°C to 8°C, Room temperature: 1°C to 30°C) ◇ Vehicle Validation Temperature mapping is conducted for both summer and winter using calibrated temperature loggers. **Achievements** - Direct delivery ratio (without transfers): East: approximately 70%, West: approximately 50% - Number of deliveries (annually): approximately 2.5 million - Number of delivery destinations: approximately 100 - Dedicated vehicles: approximately 40 - Main delivery hubs: Yoshikawa City, Saitama Prefecture / Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture - Number of collaborative delivery clients: approximately 15 companies
