Our company is located in Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, and is certified with IATF16949 and ISO14001 for heat treatment processing. We perform heat treatment using vacuum furnaces and gas atmosphere furnaces, as well as aluminum solution treatment and aging. Leveraging the know-how accumulated over many years, we can respond to various inquiries related to heat treatment. For materials we have not processed before, we will propose suitable heat treatment methods by repeatedly conducting tests in our in-house experimental furnace, in addition to our existing knowledge and experience.
