They are coated with a special lacquer for protection against corrosion. <Insulation> The ceiling, both side panels, rear panel, and bottom surface are made of lightweight refractory bricks. The combination of ventilated bricks at the back and the latest fiber insulation ensures low energy consumption while maintaining high thermal capacity and guaranteeing low external temperatures. <Heating> The heating elements are Kanthal A1 spiral (hairpin-type) heating elements that freely emit radiant heat, embedded in the side walls, rear, and bottom. <Protective Airtight Muffle Insert> The muffle insert is made of heat-resistant material (material 1.4841) and is securely fixed at the support corners on the front side of the furnace. <Cooling Function and Muffle Performance> The gas inlet and outlet are directed to the back of the furnace, and the supply and discharge pipes enter from the sides and are directed to the drainage outlet at the back.
