This is a high-temperature electric furnace capable of versatility, vacuum, and sealed atmosphere control. Maximum operating temperature is 1550°C, and it accommodates a maximum inner diameter of φ75mm for the furnace core tube.
The design of the tube (core tube) is standard in a horizontal position. The materials available are mullite, alumina (99.7%), and quartz tubes. There is an option for a vertical stand. With the universal stand option, the core tube can be arranged to operate vertically or horizontally. Optional consumables include airtight end fittings for controlled atmospheres and vacuum applications. It is possible to propose configurations for various gas valves, vacuum gauges, and vacuum pumps. It is designed for various material testing and heat treatment. This product is ideal for scientific research institutes, educational institutions, ceramic studios, medicine, and industry.
