Protech's "Guide Wire Friction Sliding Tester" allows for testing by applying friction to guide wires and catheters by sliding a friction plate at a constant speed. Equipped with a warm water tank, it enables testing in water maintained at a constant temperature (room temperature to 40 degrees ±2 degrees). This allows for testing in conditions close to the internal environment of the body. Measurement results are displayed in real-time as graphs on a PC, and measurement data can be saved in CSV file format. Additionally, parameters can be set arbitrarily. It is capable of conducting 500 durability reciprocating tests.
