No need for specialized analysis equipment or complicated analyses! Measure the dispersion and aggregation of nanoparticles in development sites and production lines.
The measurement methods for the dispersion and aggregation of nanoparticles vary depending on the state of the particles (dry powder or slurry [nanoparticles in solution]). In the case of dry powder, there is a method to take out the measurement sample and observe it directly using a transmission electron microscope (TEM). For slurries, there are methods to measure by diluting and using a dynamic light scattering photometer or by employing ultrasonic spectroscopy, but the analysis of the measurement results is considered very difficult. Both measurement methods are used as analytical measurement devices in research institutions, and there has not been a method that allows for quantitative, simple, and continuous measurement in development sites or production lines. As the utilization of nanoparticles progresses, establishing methods for evaluating dispersion and aggregation in development sites and production lines, as well as developing measurement devices, is urgent. With the increasing demand from users, AcroEdge is launching a new product that can fulfill this need.

Company information
Since starting my personal business in 1982, I have developed and manufactured various precision measuring instruments such as automatic viscometers, quantitative dispensing devices, fluorescent sensors, serum measurement devices, small tensile testing machines, and stretching machines. I have also established a rapid response system for high-difficulty special development requests from major chemical manufacturers and national university research institutions. While there are also requests for mass production and consumer-oriented manufacturing, I am dedicated to developing and producing products that can only be made by our company. Of course, I strive to adapt to various environmental changes and continuously pursue self-improvement in cutting-edge science and technology.
