The "Zero Burr Series" of cutting drill tools is an innovative drill that "suppresses burrs" and is "re-sharpenable." It can cut various materials such as CFRP, CFRPT, aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium, producing no burrs and significantly reducing work hours and costs through one-shot drilling without pilot holes. Additionally, with outstanding straightness, it can drill straight even through slightly curved pilot holes. This product has been jointly developed with the Fukui Prefectural Industrial Technology Center and is patented. ■Company Introduction Our company has been engaged in trial and error for many years to address one of the challenges in manufacturing: "deburring after drilling." We have finally succeeded in developing a mysterious drill that produces no burrs, called "Zero Burr." The Zero Burr is not just a tool for making holes; it is a carbide drill that can finish holes with high precision, free of burrs, and with true roundness and straightness. <Features of the Zero Burr Drill> ■ No burrs ■ No centering required ■ Can drill curved and angled holes in one shot ■ Hole accuracy H6~H7 ■ Surface roughness equivalent to spiral reamers ■ One-shot processing from centering to reamer finishing is possible ■ All series can be re-sharpened, etc...
