Processing capacity - If 15 fillets can be obtained from one raw material, approximately 4,200 fillets can be processed in one hour. 3. Easy operation - You can perform fillet processing by setting the raw material on the entrance conveyor and pressing the start button. 4. Cost reduction - With one person feeding the raw material at the machine entrance and about two people receiving and sorting the fillets at the back of the machine, approximately three people can process a large quantity of fillets comparable to a skilled artisan. 5.
