Thanks to the 3D phase measurement technology that does not require screen splitting, it allows for extensive measurements (field of view angle of 105 degrees, measurement distances of 5-50mm or 15-100mm) and the ability to capture still images and videos simultaneously, significantly reducing inspection time.
