The world's largest highly oriented graphite molded using unique technology with graphene as the raw material: high thermal conductivity (700-1000 W/m·K), sound wave shielding, and high lubricity.
This is the world's largest high-oriented graphite block, made from graphene raw materials using a unique molding technology. It has high crystallinity and anisotropic graphite with a thermal conductivity of over twice that of copper (700-1000 W/m·K), a bulk density of one-fourth that of copper (2.2 g/cm³), and excellent sound wave shielding and sliding properties. The block sizes are 127X76X100 mm and 101X71X100 mm. Its machinability is the same as that of general graphite. Applications/Examples of Achievements Considered for use in backing materials for ultrasonic probes, heat transfer materials for high-temperature furnaces, insulation materials for heat treatment furnaces, electrodes for electrical discharge machining, heat dissipation components, heat exchange components, sliding components, motor brushes, and brushes for wind and hydroelectric generators, among others. * Thermal conductivity over twice that of copper (700-1000 W/m·K) * Bulk density one-fourth that of copper (2.2 g/cm³) * Excellent sound wave shielding and sliding properties
