Improvement in the discharge of cutting chips. Here are examples of how high-precision and beautiful products can now be processed!
Here are some examples of improvements related to high-precision processing of fine holes. Processing fine holes is effective with nozzle through, but the NC lathe could not provide nozzle through coolant with just a change of M code. Therefore, we purchased a sleeve for nozzle through. By blocking the normal discharge holes and supplying cutting oil from the back side using a copper pipe, we ensured that the cutting oil reached the back of the hole from the cutting edge of the boring bar. As a result, the discharge of chips was improved, and we were able to process high-precision and clean products. ★ Case Study ■ Subject: High-precision processing of fine holes ■ Strategy: Utilization of functions ■ Effect: Prevented operational mistakes; reduced working time Our company is engaged in research and development prototypes to small-lot production across a wide range of fields, including medical devices, aerospace, optics, electronics, and office automation. We produce high-precision and high-quality items daily, such as "acceleration tubes" made of oxygen-free copper on a micron order and "thruster injectors" used in artificial satellites. #AccelerationTube #ThrusterInjector *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
