A newly developed cold storage box that can maintain a temperature of -75°C ± 15°C for approximately 10 days in preparation for the storage and transportation of vaccines and pharmaceuticals!

Vaccines and pharmaceuticals need to be taken in and out of refrigerated boxes multiple times at the medical institutions to which they are transported. However, with conventional refrigerated boxes, it was necessary to avoid the dry ice covering the products during the handling process, which posed challenges in terms of operational and safety aspects. Our company has focused on this issue and developed a structure that allows operators to take products in and out of the refrigerated box without touching the dry ice. Additionally, we plan to release a compact type that can maintain temperature for seven days. <Features> The biggest feature is that the storage area for pharmaceuticals adopts a drawer system, making it easier to handle at medical institutions. Since strict temperature management and location information management are often required during transportation and storage, we also propose a temperature management solution that includes a temperature logger, allowing constant monitoring of the temperature and location information inside the refrigerated box via smartphone or computer, tailored to customer needs.
