"WATER CLOVA" is a one-bath type vacuum rinse dryer that can automatically perform four stages of pure water rinsing and drying in a single chamber after cleaning. The vacuum drying uses a reliable water-sealed vacuum pump combined with a mechanical booster pump. Both pure water rinses 1 and 2 allow for complete filtration when transferring from the vacuum rinse tank to the vacuum buffer tank 2, and the steam vapor pre-rinse minimizes wastewater from the pre-rinse. 【Features】 ■ There are four stages of pure water rinsing, resulting in high rinsing efficiency. ■ Vacuum ultrasonic rinses 1 and 2 enable rinsing of blind holes and gaps. ■ Steam vapor rinsing (95°C) allows for stain-free drying. ■ Vacuum drying enables drying of blind holes and gaps. ■ The distillation unit and steam generator allow for the regeneration of pure water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
