Compliant with 【JIS Z 2247】【JIS Z 2249】【JIS Z 2256】. Various tests can also be conducted by exchanging test fixtures.
The "USM-D Series" is an automatic universal deep drawing testing machine designed to evaluate the processing and forming of thin sheet materials. By exchanging the punch, die, and wrinkle suppressor, it is possible to conduct cylindrical deep drawing tests, Erichsen tests according to JIS standards, and hole expansion tests. The digital display makes it easy to read the set values even during testing. 【Features】 ■ Various tests can be conducted by exchanging testing jigs. ■ The structure ensures that the punch tip and wrinkle suppressor surface are always on the same plane, even when the thickness of the test piece changes or when wrinkle suppressor force is applied. ■ Testing can be quickly initiated from a zero stroke state once the test piece is set. ■ The hinge mechanism allows for easy exchange of test pieces and tools before and after forming. ■ The process from punch ascent to forming, fracture stop, and punch (wrinkle suppressor) descent is automated, allowing for testing of batch samples under the same conditions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
