By applying conventional film polishing technology and equipping a multi-axis robot with a compact film polishing device, we have developed a polishing machine capable of accommodating a wide variety of shapes. Traditionally, dedicated devices were required for each part, but now it is possible to consolidate everything into this one machine. With the ability to process shaft sections, corner R surfaces, end face shapes, and tapered sections all in one unit, we can achieve process consolidation, various development applications, and conduct sample processing tests. *Please note that this product is still in development as a mass production machine, so requests for the product will be accepted on a custom-made basis.
