Construction of a cable network for mountain solar power generation! Conductive tension-resistant cables made of FRP.
We would like to introduce the offshore solar unit "Conductive Tension Cable" handled by the NBL Research Institute. The allowable tensile strength of the "sub cable" is designed for 10 tons with an allowable current of 200A. The wind load for the "main cable" assumes a maximum wind speed of approximately 40m/s in the building code area, with a horizontal configuration at 10m above ground, estimating a wind load of 50 tons (2500m2) for 30% of the space. The work vehicle is suitable for transporting and constructing the so-called "Caterpillar-type crab crane" mountain specification vehicle. 【Main Cable Features】 ■ UV protective coat ■ Allowable tensile strength: approximately 50 tons (50 tons wind load for 2500m2) ■ 50m span ■ Aerial support possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
