The "Hollow Solar Panel Installation Method" is a construction method for mountain solar power generation. The assembly pole has the same joint structure as a yacht mast, and when inserted from the top, it causes automatic rotation due to the inclined cut, allowing for the establishment of a pole of the required length with a stop mechanism. We would like to introduce the aerial unmanned installation and maintenance vehicle for the 1*2m standard solar panel developed by the NBL Research Institute. The solar panel is equipped with four hooks that have mechanical locking and electrical connection functions. This solar panel will be set up and maintained unmanned by a maintenance cart equipped with a robotic arm. We would like to introduce the offshore solar unit "Conductive Tension Cable" handled by the NBL Research Institute. The allowable tensile strength of the "sub cable" is designed for 10 tons with an allowable current of 200A. The wind load for the "main cable" assumes a maximum wind speed of approximately 40m/s in the building code area, with a horizontal configuration at 10m above ground, estimating a wind load of 50 tons (2500m2) for 30% of the space. NBL Research Institute proposes a waterproof roofing system for solar panels made of lightweight and durable FRP materials, which incorporates functionality, waterproofing, and roof reinforcement.
