- The container and mixer are integrated, allowing for easy and safe movement. - The container has a dished bottom shape that excels in mixing efficiency. - A jacket has been installed for heating and cooling (insulation and refrigeration). - The discharge outlet features a tank bottom ball valve that has "minimal dead space inside the container" and "easy opening and closing operation." The tank bottom valve is characterized by a smooth connection between the discharge outlet and the container. Compared to a ferrule connection, it minimizes gaps, ensuring that liquid flows thoroughly during mixing, achieving efficient and uniform mixing. Additionally, it allows for smooth discharge as the contents are less likely to remain in the piping. - It comes with a split lid that is convenient for internal inspection and raw material loading.
