The ACFL-3161 is a gate drive photocoupler with a peak output current of 10A. It excels in industrial applications where high insulation performance is required, such as motors and inverters, and where there are constraints on mounting space. It features a common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of over 100kV/μs, preventing malfunctions in gate driving in noisy environments. Additionally, with a propagation delay of less than 95ns, it enables high-speed switching, contributing to improved driving efficiency of IGBTs and SiC/GaN MOSFETs. **Features** - Single-channel SO-12 package, with creepage and clearance distances of approximately 8mm - Material class I, supporting CTI ≧ 600V - Achievable rise and fall times of 7ns (typ) - Numerous applications in buses and railway vehicles *Evaluation boards are available.
