Is your company's temperature management thorough? We propose various thermal stability evaluation tests according to your customers' diverse needs.
Many chemical substances have potential hazards such as decomposition, exothermic reactions, or explosions. Proper temperature management of the substances being handled is essential to prevent accidents caused by such risks. At Japan Carlit, we offer various thermal stability evaluation tests tailored to meet our customers' diverse needs. We support proper temperature management of chemical substances through evaluation tests using small sample sizes and tests that consider actual manufacturing processes. 【Test Overview】 ■ Thermal Analysis Test (Photo 1) ■ ARC Test (Photo 2) ■ Heat Storage Test (Photo 3) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
Thermal analysis test: The sample is placed in a container (cell) and heated at an arbitrary heating rate, allowing the thermal behavior of the sample to be observed by comparing it with a reference substance.
-
Heat storage test: A 400ml sample is placed in a 500ml Dewar flask and set in a constant temperature chamber to observe the internal temperature changes.
-
ARC Test: The ARC (Accelerating Rate Calorimeter) test detects the heat generation of a sample at a certain ambient temperature and raises the ambient temperature accordingly to create an adiabatic condition. By performing various calculations based on the measurement results at this time, it is possible to estimate the SADT without using a large amount of sample. Additionally, for solids, specific heat data is essential.

At Kurit Corporation's "Sales Headquarters, Contract Evaluation Department," we conduct various "risk assessment tests" to prevent accidents before they occur. To confirm the safety of our products, it is necessary to investigate their behavior under various loads during the development process. Therefore, at the risk assessment testing facility located within the Akagi Factory, we conduct various tests tailored to our customers' needs. Additionally, we have established a battery testing facility within the Gunma Factory where reliability tests for batteries, such as lithium-ion secondary batteries, can be conducted to meet our customers' requests.
