The manufacturer of the blower used by the customer is no longer in business, so we would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a replacement machine. The customer had no drawings, only a photo of the machine's nameplate. After taking a photo of the actual machine and sending it to us, we confirmed the details and determined that a new replacement was necessary. We also received feedback from the customer, and as a result, the project included the manufacturing of the machine and the replacement work on-site. As a result, the customer's production equipment was successfully operational, and the following year, we received an order that included an update project for the same existing product.
