Control the heat generated by machines to create a comfortable working environment!
Thermo Barrier Fit
The fire-resistant certified thermal insulation sheet "Thermo Barrier Fit," which can also be processed for sewing and other applications.
"Thermo Barrier Fit" is a heat insulation sheet that significantly reduces heat released by enclosing areas around drying ovens and machinery. At approximately 0.2mm thick, it can cover a wide area by being joined together. By installing ducts, it allows heat to escape outdoors, thereby reducing the risk of fire and machinery failure. It has obtained non-combustibility certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, making it safe for use around high-temperature furnaces. There are examples where it has been applied to furnaces with surface temperatures exceeding 200°C, reducing the temperature to 25°C. 【Other Features】 - A structure with aluminum foil on both sides of glass fiber. - Capable of completely wrapping large machinery. - Equipped with eyelets, it can also be used as a partition curtain. - Reasonably priced. *For more details, please refer to the materials. By using thermobarriers on the roofs and walls of houses and factories, it is possible to suppress the rise in building temperature caused by the radiant heat of the summer sun and lower the perceived temperature. This makes it possible to reduce the use of air conditioning. Thermobarriers are also effective in winter. In winter, indoor temperatures tend to escape outside. Since thermobarriers reflect the radiant heat generated indoors back into the room, they help prevent a drop in indoor temperatures. Utilizing this function, thermobarriers play a very important role in achieving "cool in summer and warm in winter" easily and affordably.
