【Introduction】 "Construction Industry: Maintenance of Buildings and Associated Facilities" Number of Employees: Approximately 250 <Challenges> - We were holding and operating safety experience workshops for practitioners in various industries, but the education was temporary and did not take root in the field. - Companies without safety experience workshops tended to neglect daily KY (Kiken Yochi, or hazard prediction) training, and we felt the importance of follow-up for participating companies. <Implementation> - Production of video manuals and operational support <Effects> - By not only showing video manuals but also utilizing educational materials in the form of problems such as accident reenactments and identifying dangerous behaviors, we were able to effectively support follow-up education during and after the training. - Additionally, by posing various questions, such as considering the reasons for disasters and methods to prevent them, participants were able to engage in self-reflection. <Key Points> - Intentionally creating videos of unsafe behaviors and using a problem format to identify dangerous actions proved to be very effective for "responding" as an output.
