Space Systems' "US Cleaner" is an environmentally friendly cleaning machine for printing equipment that does not use organic solvents (such as thinners). Simply set the printing equipment, which has been roughly wiped clean, into the cleaning machine and turn on the switch to easily start the cleaning process. Unlike organic solvents and manual brush cleaning, it allows for immersion cleaning using a "water-based solution." This enables a reduction in labor while improving productivity, all while taking environmental measures. *The cleaning effect is enhanced when combined with our proprietary cleaning solution "US Liquid." With an environmentally friendly water-based solution, it effectively removes oil-based inks (paints) as well. Using the included cleaning basket increases cleaning efficiency and is also expected to help mitigate odors from organic solvents.
