We had outsourced the black dyeing process, but there were issues with variations in the shade of black depending on the lot, and at times, the appearance would turn reddish-brown and powdery. In response, Sun Industry has implemented strict management of the boiling point not in the line's tank, but using sample liquid drawn into beakers, ensuring it stays within a range of ±1℃ of the standard value. This has allowed us to prevent variations in dyeing between lots. By implementing this management, we have also been able to prevent the powdery appearance, and by performing surface treatment before the black dyeing process, we can achieve a more uniform shade of black.
