Significantly suppressing rust formation! A case where a process for removing iron powder was added separately from the passivation process.
There was a challenge where iron powder adhered to stainless steel products, causing rust to develop, and the passivation treatment was insufficient to remove the iron adequately, leading to faster deterioration of the liquid. The question arose whether iron powder could be removed and treated through passivation. Therefore, an additional process for removing iron powder was added separately from the passivation process. As a result, by separating the rust removal and passivation processes for stainless materials with iron powder attached, we were able to significantly suppress the occurrence of rust after passivation. [Challenges] - It is unavoidable for iron powder to adhere to the surface during the process, and if left as is, it will cause rust from the iron powder. - While we want to expect rust prevention through passivation, there are not many places that can achieve this. - If passivation is performed as is, iron will accumulate in the treatment liquid. ● For more details, please visit our company website and contact us.

basic information
【Proposal】 ■ By implementing flexible process design on the prototype line, we will add a process for iron powder removal in addition to passivation. ■ Adding this process will stabilize the passivation solution. ■ We will start on the prototype line and transition to a dedicated line as the quantity increases. ● For more details, please visit our company website and contact us.
