We have developed an image processing inspection device that detects and eliminates colorless transparent borosilicate glass, leading the industry!
We detect and eliminate colorless transparent borosilicate glass (such as baby bottles and Pyrex) mixed in the cullet (mix, flint) using image processing. The light source for image processing utilizes UV light. We detect borosilicate glass flowing on the conveyor within the cullet. The detected borosilicate glass is picked by a robot. Currently, there has been no technology in the cullet recycling industry to eliminate colorless transparent borosilicate glass, but our company has developed this technology for the first time.

For customers considering factory equipment automation, we provide automatic sorting machines, control panel design for equipment, robot implementation, and vision system implementation. 1. We mainly use KEYENCE, HALCON, and HALCON DL for image processing. We also support other image processing solutions, including MERLIC. 2. For PLCs, we primarily use KEYENCE and Mitsubishi Electric products (we also handle other manufacturers' PLCs). 3. We use robots from DENSO WAVE, Mitsubishi Electric, FANUC, and Yamaha Motor. 4. For cameras, we use color/monochrome area cameras and line scan cameras, including Basler cameras, JAI UV cameras, JAI prism spectroscopic cameras, and KEYENCE cameras.
